We pull the permit(s) needed for each job! Once we have a signed contract, we send out detailed instructions of all the how/what/where/when for the permitting process! We strive to make it as easy as possible for the property owners and have a seamless process to make it easy on everyone.

The time a roof replacement will take to completion varies on multiple aspects, however, typically an average job takes between 1-2 days from start to finish!

We offer two equally amazing series from Owens Corning for our 30-year architectural shingle roofs, TruDefinition Duration & TruDefinition Duration Designer. Both series are the same exact price and the same exact quality with just the ONE difference being that every color in the Designer series has 3 extra granular colors added into the shingles which creates significantly more definition in the overall look of the roof!

We are roofers through and through, so, no, we do not do gutter work. As stated in our estimates/contracts we are not responsible for any gutter work wanted or required with a roofing job. We do however have personally used referrals that we are happy to provide to our customers for any gutter services needed!

Our commitment to you

  • We handle the entire permitting process including the final inspection of your roofing project.
  • On average most roofing projects are completed within two days unless there is extensive carpentry required.
  • Every project is fully supervised by a professional foreman and inspected for quality control.
  • We use 2 layers of Rhino Synthetic Felt on all applications (or optional peel and stick) per FL code.
  • We use 6 nails on all shingles, even though code requires only 4 nails.
  • We install all lead flashing and exhaust vents to compliment the shingle color.
  • We use 4’ off-ridge vent or aluminum venting per customer preference.
  • Upon completion we use a sweeping magnet around the perimeter of the roofing project.

  • Workmanship Warranty from Scott’s Roofing is 5 years. Warranty on Roofing Repairs is 1 year.

  • Manufacturer Warranty on shingles is 30 years for a 30-year Architectural Shingle upgradable to 50 Year System Warranty
